As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in realizing this mission. You will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance & growth of key accounts in the bay area. Critical areas of evaluation are account growth & customer experience. Additional responsibilities may include supporting account activations and all SF sales reps, analyzing key account metrics & ordering.

The Work:

    • Maintains customer stores by ensuring displays are set to agreed upon guidelines, assessing inventory levels, placing customer orders where needed, rotating produce packs, removing defective product, placing POP material, and repairing displays and/or equipment if necessary.
    • Maintain relationships with accounts to ensure continual customer satisfaction.
    • Work with Juicero staff on business analytics that support enhanced user experience including but not limited to: inventory management opportunities, auto ordering and data sharing with existing relationships.
    • Assistance with customer ordering, inventory management & reporting on consumption / keys metrics.
    • In partnership with Sales/Account Management, secure additional account placements or retail space and through cross-merchandising, incremental placements, etc.
    • Execute best-in- class onboarding and account activation process for new Juicero accounts in the bay area.
    • Provide technical support & troubleshooting to customers on Juicero technology.
    • Document and report product or operational issues to sales/ account management teams.
    • Interface with management at all levels in order to escalate & understand any support issues.
    • May work with 3rd party logistics providers to troubleshoot product delivery issues into customers.
    • Attend industry events as needed to keep up with emerging trends to support growth.

The Requirements:

    • 1-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or analytics role.
    • Ability to travel within bay area to customer store locations as required, maintaining a consistent routine with accounts to adequately support their operational needs.
    • Possible travel to support new openings or to support growth initiatives
    • Performs physical work necessary to evaluate new and existing accounts for installation including sampling, tasting bars, press installation, signage or other items according to sales agreement.
