The Corporate IT team plays a critical role in serving as the underpinning group that keeps Juicero employees productive and protects the company from unforeseen technical pitfalls, both foreign and domestic.
As the IT System Administrator, you’ll get to leverage your technical skills, business acumen, and customer service oriented mentality in day-to-day troubleshooting and while strategizing long-term projects to keep us a step ahead of our growth. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, willing to take the harder path at times, even re-working an entire process if needed, to produce the best longterm result. Most importantly, this role is what you make of it!

The Work
- Delight employees and corporate customers, providing front-line support for all related IT activities (applications to infrastructure) including remotely for regional offices as needed
- Provides enterprise level solutions with focus in scalability and redundancy
- Work cross-functionally, participating in the employee onboarding/offboarding processes
- Write documentation and understand its importance
The Requirements:
- 5-7 year’s experience working as a system administrator in an enterprise environment
- Support oriented, with a view towards scalable solutions
- Demonstrated support experience with hypervisor leveraged Windows domain structure, with emphasis on deploying architecture, migration, and recovery
- Strong understanding of corporate networking (e.g. wireless infrastructure, Cisco patches/integrations/switches)
- Experience supporting cloud based applications and services such as Google Apps and AWS
- Versed in end-to-end security concept and technology
- Proficient in Mac and Windows laptop systems
- Experience with other office equipment such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, etc., a plus
