JumpCloud is searching for the best in the business when it comes to helping our customers and partners. We built a disruptive new technology called Open Directory Platform and it is reinventing a two decade old monopoly, giving organizations freedom of choice with their IT solutions. Our product has become mission critical for thousands of organizations around the globe.

Due to our success, we are seeking a smart, motivated Partner Account Manager. This role is the primary point of contact for existing customers. You will cultivate relationships with and focus on fully understanding and enabling the success of the partner’s business with JumpCloud. Proactively engaging partners to support the growth of their business and their resale of Directory-as-a-Service within their offerings.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Manage business with our existing MSP/ VAR partners
    • In charge of the renewal and upsell business with our partners/customers 
    • Help partner sell to new customers and upsell to existing ones
    • Conduct regular business reviews and planning meetings with top and emerging partners in assigned market segment
    • Implement the Australia Channel onboarding and enablement programs
    • Prioritizing current and potential partners engagement levels to foster growth among high priority partners 
    • Provide day-to-day support for JumpCloud Partners to help them sell, implement and support JumpCloud offerings
    • Assist partners with quotes and proposals for JumpCloud services
    • Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with partner implementation, support and escalations
    • Participation in industry events such as trade shows, seminars and Partner events
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Support, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure an ideal and constantly improving partner experience 

We’re looking for…

    • 3-5  years of business development, account management, sales, ideally in a SaaS environment with an IT-focused product
    • Proven experience meeting or exceeding key performance metrics 
    • BA / BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
    • Ability to explore and make recommendations to partners based on customer needs strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
    • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment, vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.

Key Metrics:

    • Renewal % and Upsell Monthly Recurring Revenue
    • Partner productivity ( revenue, JC knowledge)
    • Partner Enablement ( tech and sales certification) 

Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.

This role is remote in the country of Australia. You must be located in and authorized to work in Australia to be considered for this role.
