About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior HRIS Administrator (ADP) to oversee and maintain our ADP Workforce Now HR Information System (HRIS). As part of the IT team, you will ensure the efficient operation of HR systems, maintain accurate employee data, enhance HR processes, manage system integrations, and support the implementation of additional HR tools.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

ADP HRIS System Administration

    • Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with 3rd party systems and vendors.
    • Enable and Maintain SSO access across Applications
    • Create and maintain system Roles, Permissions and user access.
    • Manage HRIS Data Security and Compliance with company policiesTroubleshoot system issues and resolve user-reported problems promptly.
    • Support audits by providing necessary system data and documentation.

Data Management and Integrity

    • Input, audit, and maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS.
    • Implement and Maintain Integrations via API / SFTP among Application systems.
    • Bulk Upload / Import large Data volumes.
    • Streamline Workflows and minimize manual errorsEnsure system configuration aligns with regulatory requirements.

Reporting and Analytics:

    • Generate routine and ad hoc reports for stakeholders (e.g., headcount, turnover, compliance metrics).
    • Create dashboards to visualize key HR metrics and trends.
    • Collaborate with teams to identify data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
    • Support compliance with data privacy and security regulations

Process Optimization:

    • Troubleshoot and maintain HRIS processes such as Time off Policies, onboarding, offboarding, Payroll Setups, time tracking and Employee Data.
    • Define and Maintain Company Configurations, HRIS workflows, security and privacy compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), Templates, Documents, Alerts and Notifications
    • Guide and apply industry best practices to support organizational changes.
    • Build and maintain customizations

Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure system configurations comply with legal and company policies.
    • Assist with audits related to SOC, ISO and HR compliance.
    • Support audits by providing necessary system data and documentation.

Support and Training:

    • Provide support to HRCs, HRBPs and other HR teams for HRIS-related inquiries.
    • Train HR staff and end-users on system functionalities and new features.
    • Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
    • Test and validate system changes before deployment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    • Support integrations between the HRIS and other systems, such as payroll, learning management platforms (LMS), compensation planning, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their HRIS requirements and provide expert guidance on system configuration and best practices including all available solution options
    • Responsible for the administration, configuration and on-going maintenance of various modules within our HRIS cloud systems as assigned
    • Provide day-to-day system production support, including resolution of all system related issues
    • Conduct and coordinate testing for system enhancements and system changes due to new or changing business requirements, as well as software upgrades and releases
    • Develop, document, and maintain system administration procedures, and employee resource guides
    • Submit and monitor open tickets for system fixes or enhancements globally
    • Monitor global workflow, functionality, and permissions

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Around 5+ Years), ADP is must
    • Knowledge of HR Applications Administration and Customizations
    • Experience with system implementation and integrations
    • Experience using reporting/query tools and data management tools
    • Excellent analytical skills, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to set priorities to coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support diverse users.
    • Experience in the creation of proofs of concept to present to various stakeholders throughout the organization
