About the Team:
Strategic Alliances play a critical role in accelerating the growth of JumpCloud. Today JumpCloud is growing quickly, but is realizing that growth all on its own. By forging partnerships with major industry players such as Amazon Web Services, Google and Crowdstrike, JumpCloud can broaden its reach within its target market and propel the company to becoming a major player in its own right. This role reports to the Head of Global Strategic Alliances.

What you’ll be doing:
The Strategic Alliances Sales Manager will be part of a team that is responsible for developing, growing and managing the strategic relationship with strategic partners such as Google, AWS and Crowdstrike

What you’ll be doing:

    • Engaging with select Alliance partners customer facing resources  on  co-sell and marketplace opportunities to accelerate opportunities with JumpCloud direct sales and channel partners
    • Educate and promote JumpCloud within the various customer facing teams of targeted strategic partners 
    • Work with the JumpCloud channel team to identity and develop new channel partners who also share significant relationships with targeted strategic partners
    • Build relationships with target partners at all levels of the organization, including sales, account management, and GTM leadership
    • Identify and facilitate the introduction of marketing programs and  GTM plans that create new sales opportunities for JumpCloud.
    • Lead cross-functional teams on activities such as; messaging, marketing, training, campaigns, webinars & events.
    • Assist partners with product positioning, sales strategy, & deal closing strategies.
    • Develop an understanding of partners business models, customer needs & challenges. 

We’re looking for:

    • 5+ years of experience working with enterprise software partners.
    • Proven success building revenue generating alliances with cloud infrastructure providers
    • Knowledgeable in security, infrastructure, AWS, Google or other  Saas products.
    • Success in achieving/overachieving growth targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
    • Experience working with identity and access management solutions
    • Previously worked in a fast-paced hyper growth environment
    • Experience in a similar role
    • Bachelor's degree 
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $200,000 - $240,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.

Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in this Job Description. For US Roles: All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.  Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area but as a remote company, you are able to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.  If you would like to spend time in our offices in the Denver/Boulder area, you are welcome to do that as well.
