We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, analytical marketer who understands data driven marketing and has proven success implementing digital strategies that elevate account engagement, drive increased conversions, and build pipeline.
The position will be based in Raleigh North Carolina, but working remotely is possible for the correct candidate. Our work culture is fast-paced, precision-oriented, and demanding, while incredibly innovative and rewarding. Does this sound like a fit for you?
Your day to day responsibilities include:
Manage the full online lead journey from impression through to pipeline to understand the impact of digital dollars spent to drive revenue.
Manage an modern marketing platform to ensure proper audience targeting, site personalization and optimization and sales intent to drive growth.
Develop ad campaigns from concept and creative to delivery though all digital advertising channels including search, re-targeting, social, conversational and email.
Motivate, manage and inspire the digital operations team by aligning the online buying journey with advanced automation that moves quality leads through the funnel faster.
Design and lead online content experiences with advanced marketing technologies that elevate engagement and deliver more educated sales ready leads.
Track and report on campaign attribution to ensure the cost per acquisition aligns to industry best practices and internal goals.
Evaluate new technologies and process/workflow enhancements to improve and optimize marketing performance and lead quality.
Work cross functionally with product management and product marketing to optimize the buying journey to generate product qualified leads.
Maintain and optimize web properties with the most up to date content, videos, branding, and page layouts to increase chat and engagement onsite.
Desired Background & Skills:
Strategic digital marketing experience (with software companies preferred).
Expertise and confidence with marketing automation technology, preferably Hubspot.
Confidence in a CRM system (preferably Hubspot CRM) reporting on campaign performance and pipeline generation.
Can work in a fast pace fluid environment where no 2 days are the same.
Is an analytical thinker and makes data driven decisions.
Visionary with ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize accordingly.
Self aware and accountable to commitments.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Highly organized, detail oriented and deadline driven.
