Who we need
Our creative team in Munich supports us with videos and graphic assets, among other things, to help our campaigns team that works with the largest movie studios and streaming companies on complex online campaign setups reaching millions of movie fans in over 140 countries.
To support our colleagues in our Munich office, we are looking for a Trainee Production (m/f/d). The duration of the trainee program is limited to 18 months and starts in August/September 2024.
We are only looking for people keen to learn and understand how the world works from the ground up, but at the same time manage to deliver results that create real value for customers or employees. What you will be doing
- You will get to know the production processes in our Creative Production office in Munich.
- You will gain comprehensive insights into the stages of development and organization of productions.
- You will gain knowledge in the phases before, during, and after production and support the respective areas.
- You will gain knowledge in all technical areas related to video and graphic production.
- You are cooperating with project managers and producers in your team.
- You are communicating with clients, mostly in English.
- You are supporting the coordination, scheduling, and monitoring of ongoing projects and teams.
What we need from you
- Passion and deep knowledge of movies and series. Interest in sports is a big plus.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, formats, and social media channels.
- A structured but flexible mindset that can switch priorities whenever necessary but still keep track of all other tasks.
- Interest in working with international colleagues and demanding clients.
- Great conduct in English. A good sense of language and knowledge of more languages is highly appreciated.
