We are looking for an Ad Operations Manager to focus on the German market.

Who we are looking for:

Currently we are looking for a passionate and highly driven German-speaking candidate to help us plan, set up and optimise exceptional online campaigns within the Film and Show industry.

Your Role

    • Independent setup, monitoring and optimisation of media campaigns on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and similar channels for all types of movies and series
    • Development and implementation of tests with the aim of permanently improving our campaign performance
    • Addition of new ideas to improve our campaign performance and our in-house tools
    • Creation of offers, reporting and campaign insights that deliver real value to our clients
    • Communication with film studios, streaming providers and their media agencies to ensure a smooth campaign execution
    • Conduct of market research and user surveys to reveal a title's potential success far ahead of its release

Past Experience

    • 1-3 years of professional experience in paid online marketing
    • Secure handling of industry-standard tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc. DV360 experience comes as a plus.
    • Practical experience in running A/B tests, advertising material optimisation and a basic knowledge of statistics
    • A deep understanding of ad tracking, conversion optimisation and the implementation of pixels
    • Expertise on how to handle situations like ads not delivering or creative disapproval
    • German language skills at native speaker level and fluent English
