What you will be doing

    • Independently set up and steer campaigns for our clients using our custom-built internal tools.
    • Assist and ensure successful campaign rollout, monitor campaign performance, and ensure high quality and accuracy.
    • Work with various movies and TV shows, from demanding Arthouse content to the biggest blockbusters and the latest shows.
    • Create media plans and decide on the best way to spend the given budget across the available channels.
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
    • Develop and propose innovative publishing products and services that meet the evolving needs of our audience.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to continually enhance our publishing capabilities.
    • Communicate with the Sales and BI to create industry-leading campaign insights.
    • Work closely with our B2B clients and media agencies.

What we need from you

    • 3+ years of experience in paid online marketing, with a strong understanding of programmatic and publisher campaigns.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as SSPs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and DV360 (experience with DV360 is highly desirable).
    • Expertise in yield management, technical tracking details, brand safety, and pixel integration.
    • A proactive attitude, self-confidence, and decisiveness, especially in high-pressure situations.
    • The ability to work independently, quickly adapt to new challenges, and drive results.
    • Optional experience in leading and developing teams.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
