We’re now looking for a Revenue Growth Manager / Yield Manager to join our Streaming Guide team. This is the group that sits at the intersection of business, tech, and product. The place where decisions are worth millions and the wrong call costs just as much.

What you will be doing

    • Steer: Decide which placements, deals, and services run where, balancing revenue growth with user experience and making the tough calls when interests collide.
    • Build: Shape and negotiate commercial models worth millions, and consult our partnerships team with data-driven guidance.
    • Experiment: Run monetization-driven experiments across the JustWatch platform. Test new placements, discover revenue opportunities, and work like a PM to bring them to life.
    • Analyze: Dive into numbers, track results, and identify optimization levers. Understand affiliate tech, conversion funnels, and user behavior to make sharp decisions.
    • Collaborate: Work with developers, designers, and BI to create tools, systems, and experiments that automate and scale yield optimization.
    • Improve and own our programmatic advertising across web, apps and TV apps.

What we need from you

    • Experience: Proven background in monetization, whether through your own platform, apps, or affiliate projects.
    • Technical savvy: You understand affiliate tracking, conversion metrics, and know your way around GAM. SQL or BI knowledge is a plus.
    • Analytical edge: Numbers don’t scare you, they drive you. You can cut through complexity and spot the levers that matter.
    • Product mindset: You see revenue opportunities not just in spreadsheets but in design, UX, and experiments.
    • Attitude: You want to win. You can work under pressure, make tough calls fast, and take full ownership of your results.
    • Location: Ideally based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
