What You Will Work On
- Identify ways to streamline the user experience
- Talk to customers and the support teams to gain empathy for customer problems, needs, and mental models
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to address the needs of our customers iteratively
- Discover new user-friendly experiences by journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
- Help shape our internal design system with consistency and efficiency in mind
- Wear many hats and dive into problems across the company to help make the best product possible
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience designing web-based applications
- Portfolio that illustrates how you think and work
- Experience designing web-based applications with a focus on complex data collection & displays
- Problem solving skills and an ability to communicate the reasons behind your design decisions
- Fluency in Figma, Sketch and other design tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript a plus
$127,000 - $156,750 a year
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $127,000 to $156,750 per year.
