The Opportunity
We are excited to be hiring a Product Manager, Growth & Experience to drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives at Kandji. As a key member of the Growth & Experience team, you’ll help shape the future of self-service revenue by optimizing onboarding, monetization, and in-product purchasing experiences.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Experience, you'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and GTM teams to remove friction in trial-to-paid conversion, freemium adoption, and expansion workflows. We're in search of a data-driven, experimentation-focused product manager who thrives at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market strategy. Your passion for iterative improvements, revenue optimization, and customer-centric growth strategies will drive Kandji’s transition to a scalable, product-led business model.

- Develop and execute a PLG-driven product strategy focused on increasing self-service revenue, activation, and free-to-paid conversions.
- Define and implement growth loops that drive user engagement, adoption, and expansion within Kandji’s product ecosystem.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for onboarding, freemium experiences, in-app upgrades, and purchasing workflows.
- Analyze user behavior, PQL signals, and experiment results to continuously optimize activation rates and monetization opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to build seamless onboarding, feature gating, and pricing models that drive retention and expansion.
- Own the free trial experience, ensuring users experience core value within their first session and have a clear upgrade path.
- Streamline self-service purchasing by improving in-app checkout, flexible billing options, and frictionless renewals.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize key growth metrics such as Time to Value (TTV), Activation Rate, and CAC Payback Period.
- Support product pricing & packaging initiatives, ensuring plans are modular, transparent, and aligned with customer needs.
- Monitor product performance and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth experiments and revenue expansion.
