The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of Kandji's go-to-market organization. As the GTM Strategy & Analytics Lead, you'll report directly to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations and take ownership of our GTM analytics and strategic modeling efforts for the revenue organization. You'll be responsible for how we define and track performance, forecast growth, analyze trends, and support critical decisions across sales, customer success, sales development, and marketing.

You'll operate as a senior individual contributor (IC), carrying a significant execution load while also serving as a trusted thought partner to cross-functional leaders. From building dashboards and revenue models to guiding segmentation, compensation, and strategic planning, your work will directly shape how Kandji scales. Over time - and as business needs and resourcing allow - this role has the potential to grow into a small team under your leadership, but it will remain fundamentally hands-on and execution-driven.

Please note this is an onsite role in our Miami (Coral Gables) office.

What You'll Do

    • Own GTM analytics: Lead cross-functional analysis across sales, customer success, sales development, and marketing, define KPIs, build reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights
    • Drive forecasting & planning: Build bottom-up models for revenue, pipeline, churn, CAC/LTV, and bookings, among other things, as well as partner with finance to align on planning assumptions and strategic goals
    • Inform GTM decisions: Analyze funnel conversion, campaign performance, segment dynamics, pricing, packaging, and compensation modeling
    • Build infrastructure: Own analytics tooling for GTM (Hex, Omni, Sheets, etc.) and drive data cleanliness, automation, and reporting scalability
    • Be a trusted thought partner: Work closely with leaders in BizOps, Strategic Finance, and Product to inform strategy and bring clarity to decision-making
    • Lay the foundation for scale: Help shape the long-term vision for GTM analytics, pricing, and strategy - and be the reason it works at scale

What You'll Bring

    • 5-8 years of experience in GTM analytics, strategy, revenue operations, business operations, finance, or consulting, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
    • Hands-on experience building models, forecasts, or dashboards from scratch - not just maintaining existing work
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Hex, Looker, Mode, or Tableau
    • A strong understanding of SaaS economics - funnel metrics, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion, and segmentation
    • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders - comfortability presenting to VP+ leaders and defending your recommendations
    • Operate with high ownership and bias for action - get things done independently while still being a strong collaborator
    • Leadership potential - experience owning work streams, mentoring others, and desire to build out a small team in the future
