The Opportunity

We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist I to join our growing IT team. This is a foundational role focused on providing frontline support to our internal teams. You’ll handle support tickets, troubleshoot day-to-day software and hardware issues, manage access requests, and document IT processes. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional partners across Security, Compliance, Workplace, and HR to ensure smooth onboarding, secure access, and responsive IT operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Respond to internal IT support tickets and resolve common hardware, software, and access issues.
    • Troubleshoot and support employee devices, peripherals, and business applications.
    • Manage access requests including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and app assignments.
    • Collaborate with HR to support employee lifecycle management processes.
    • Partner with Security and Compliance teams to maintain secure IT practices.
    • Collaborate with the Workplace team to manage and maintain corporate assets throughout the entire device lifecycle—from purchase to deployment, support, and eventual disposition.
    • Maintain and update internal documentation and IT knowledge base articles.
    • Participate in the deployment of new tools, systems, and product features.
    • Participate in on-call rotating shifts to provide general IT support to the global team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

    • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or a similar role
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management) and request handling
    • Basic understanding of identity and access management platforms like Okta
    • Basic or intermediate knowledge and experience administering at least one of the following: Google Workspace, Slack, Apple MDM software, and other modern technologies. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with teams across the organization
    • Hardware troubleshooting and management experience.
    • A desire to be a part of a world-class IT organization and set the standard for the NEW modern IT

Nice to Haves

    • Familiarity with scripting (Bash, AppleScript, or Python)
    • Understanding of AV in-office infrastructure and troubleshooting
    • Understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS)
    • Exposure to working within established IT support workflows or service delivery frameworks
    • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
