The Opportunity
We are excited to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter to work onsite in our growing Coral Gables, Miami hub. This position will report to the VP of Talent, working closely with our Talent and larger Operations Teams, as well as leaders across the organization as we continue to scale.
We are interested in Talent Advisors who have partnered closely with technical teams, supporting a wide variety of R&D positions, who enjoy creating innovative sourcing techniques and are relentless in their quest to find new ways to reach and engage top, diverse talent globally.

How you will make a difference Day to Day
- Partner with Talent Team and hiring managers across technical and R&D groups to deeply learn their work and teams, crafting a strategy and sourcing plan to reach top talent
- Execute the recruiting process end to end, moving a high volume of sourced candidates, organic applicants, and referrals through the interview stages with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Conduct in-depth interviews of candidates, demonstrating the ability to calibrate with hiring leaders quickly and anticipate their preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
- Research and present innovative sourcing solutions for technical and niche reqs
- Utilize all sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamable, with demonstrated ability to attract top talent and maintain excellent communication throughout the process
- Build candidate pipelines and foster relationships with passive and active candidates
- Partner with the larger People Team regarding the creation and implementation of new recruiting practices that support local and international hiring
- Provide weekly report updates on all open positions
- Recommend Talent strategies and ideas that will contribute to the long-term growth of the R&D organization and the overall success of the company

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have the ability to work onsite in our Coral Gables, Miami hub
- 6+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment OR an agency that partners directly with SaaS clients, supporting software engineering positions
- Startup experience or experience at an organization in hyper-growth mode in required
- A deep interest in Recruiting and connecting with people
- Intrinsic motivation, with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated success recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experienced in identifying, developing, and maintaining pipelines of passive and active candidates for highly technical roles
- Experience implementing sourcing strategies that are aligned with company DE&I initiatives. We are passionate about diversity and inclusion
- Strong communicator, ensuring there are open lines of communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview lifecycle, with a focus on candidate experience throughout the entire process
- Ability to manage requisitions across multiple departments simultaneously while delivering talent within tight deadlines
- Extremely well-organized with proven ability to prioritize and adjust to business needs in a dynamic environment
- Accustomed to driving results in a data-driven environment, producing metrics weekly
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and balance a full lifecycle recruiting desk
- Experience in owning the recruiting process for an open requisition from start to finish, including working with the hiring manager to create a comprehensive interview planner for virtual interviews
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with candidates as well as all levels of leadership across the organization
- Self-sufficient with the ability to work with little direct supervision, ask for clarity when needed, and work a-sync across time zones
- Lever ATS experience highly preferred
$140,000 - $155,000 a year
