About Kandji

Kandji is building the future of Apple Enterprise Management. The use of Apple devices in the enterprise is growing rapidly. Drawing on decades of experience in Apple IT, we saw a dire need for a modern Apple device management platform that could accommodate growing businesses and increasing regulatory demands.

Kandji grew to hundreds of B2B customers within a few months of initial product launch in 2019, and secured a $100 million Series C in late 2021. Today, we have a 95% Customer Satisfaction rate and a rapidly growing community of customers, including names like Crunchbase, Belkin, Rackspace, Allbirds, FabFitFun, VSCO, and Turo.

Behind our business is a handful of the best investors in tech. Together, we are creating a new category of device management that can better serve modern businesses.

Our team is passionate about building valuable partnerships that create joint wins for Kandji, partners, prospects, and shared customers. To continue to drive the growth of our ecosystem, we’re looking for a Channel Program Manager to up-level our processes, KPIs, reporting, and systems usage.

As a Channel Program Manager, your responsibilities will include analyzing internal processes for increased efficiency, building the right framework around assessing the business impact of partnerships, and conducting data analysis to both report on outcomes and to drive a better allocation of resources.

As the team’s point person on partner operations and analytics, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive transformative growth and shape the go-to-market strategy of Kandji’s ecosystem.

You will work closely with other operations, analytics, marketing, product, customer services, and sales teams. We are looking for people with a partner operations background and a deep understanding of technology partnerships that can champion the right processes, reporting, and KPIs across the organization.
