The Opportunity:

We're excited to hire a Channel Account Executive in Miami as we expand our presence on the East Coast in our new office (located in Coral Gables). This role will be integral to our landing party, with a strong impact on building office culture.

In your role as a Channel Account Executive, you'll drive the sales process in a performance-based environment and partner with prospective customers to identify how organizations can get the most out of our platform. By consistently going above and beyond, you'll evangelize our product in the market and contribute to our direct path of becoming the top MDM solution for organizations that run on Apple.

How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day:

    • Sales Execution: Drive sales in the lower end of the market, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses with more transactional sales cycles. Close deals quickly and efficiently, ensuring a steady flow of new business.

    • Pipeline Management: Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing. Ensure that all opportunities are effectively managed and moved through the sales process promptly.

    • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and position Kandji’s solutions as the best fit for their IT management requirements.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.

    • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Kandji’s products and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to effectively communicate Kandji’s value proposition to prospects.

    • Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to the Sales Manager. Provide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume, transactional sales environment within the SaaS or IT management industry.

    • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on closing deals quickly and efficiently.

    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

    • Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their business needs.

    • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with IT management solutions or the ability to quickly learn and understand technical products.

    • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    • Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).
