You’ll be part of a close-knit team of Customer Care Champions who look after over 100,000 devices across 87 countries. Fast paced and ever changing, your role will be to keep our global family delighted with their products and support the company as we continue to grow at high speed. A big heart, a cool head, and an excellent grasp of technology will be super important. You’ll use a mix of phone, live chat, and email to answer customer questions about orders, repairs, replacements, and more.
An exciting work environment in East London with over 20 nationalities. We keep the fridges full, play table tennis tournaments, and free lunch on Fridays! 

Responsibilities

    • Answer general customer emails within SLAs
    • Provide technical support for our product lines
    • Answer questions from prospective customers over live chat
    • Arrange callbacks for senior technical team members
    • Make outbound calls to customers
    • Assist in management of on-site stockroom
    • Perform monthly stock checks
    • Process refunds and replacements
    • Refurbish returned units
    • Oversee the management and care of loan units
    • Assist in running school workshops
    • Generate regular reports and insights
    • Keep helpcentre articles up to date
    • Test the latest prototypes and provide feedback

Requirements

    • An excellent command of the English language. You’ll be able to produce perfect prose and write fast and fluidly
    • A great communicator both in person and in writing
    • A passion for meeting new people and a love for conversation
    • A firm understanding of the latest technology, with a desire to learn more
    • A fast thinker with a knack for solving problems in new and creative ways
    • A warm, bright and positive personality that others find infectious  

Bonus
