The Position
Kapwing is seeking a part-time office coordinator to support our team at our headquarters in San Francisco. This person will come into our office 3-5 days per week to tidy, organize, and support company administration. Flexible hours with some opportunity to extend hours during busy weeks. Join a dynamic startup and contribute to an inviting, productive office environment and creative culture. Looking for someone positive and organized with a service-oriented attitude. Starting part-time and hourly with potential to grow into an HR role or customer support role over time. 

Requirements

    • 2+ years of full-time professional experience
    • Ability to come into the Kapwing HQ (3rd and Market) in San Francisco daily, or nearly everyday. Ideal candidate lives close by for easy commuting.
    • Corporate experience is a plus. 
    • Organized with attention to detail. You can manage a long checklist, remember specifics, and complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly. 
    • Keen aesthetic sense. Enjoys designing a space, sourcing furniture and art.
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Experience with event planning, logistics, or office management is a plus 
    • Independent and able to manage time
    • Cheerful, positive attitude and oriented towards community-building

Responsibilities

    • Office tidiness: Unpack boxes, unload dishwasher, organize supplies, change seasonal decor, and clear common areas
    • Pick up mail, sort papers, and file miscellaneous paperwork
    • Stocking: Order food, snacks, and office supplies when appropriate
    • Computers: Manage hardware and repairs
    • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and facilities manager to ensure that the office remains functional
    • Prepare for weekly happy hours and social events
    • Expected to work approximately 5-8 hours per week, with specific days and times negotiable based on candidate availability
