- Job Description: 
Before contract
- Regularly contact / visit new and existing customers to discuss their needs/issues and to explain how these needs/issues could be met by specific products and services.
- Create strategies to solve customer’s needs/issues based on the experience of System Integration, Network Integration or Project manager.
- Have meetings with our business partner like an application vendor, network/server vendor, security vendor to solve customer’s needs/issues.
- Prepare solutions and presentations for purpose of presenting and explaining our products or services.
- Emphasize product or service features based on an analysis of the customer’s needs/issues.
- Give presentation and demonstration regarding our products or services to our customers directly in order to get our customer’s to be understood our values.
- Negotiate prices, terms of sales and/or service agreements.

After Contract
- Prepare sales contracts for obtained orders.
- Coordinate projects for implementing application system / network infrastructure with internal engineering team and external business partners. 
- Manage system implementations with internal engineering team and external business partners to overcome obstacles and keep track of timelines.
- Troubleshoot regarding our customer’s system with internal engineering team.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to contact regularly.

Others
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
- Have a meeting with a supervisor in a timely manner to report daily sales activities. 
- Make research and investigation with colleagues to find new markets and new customers.

- Qualification/Requirements: 
- Basic Skills: 
Speaking Skills
- Japanese (Business Level), English (Business Level)
- More than 5 years in IT industry as Sales, Sales Engineer or IT Consultant and discuss with customers directly to find their need and issues.

Business Skills
- Work experience for System Integration or System project manager.
- Good project management skills.
- Ability to
    Perform IT related basic mathematics, including.
    Positively communicate directly with customers.
    Find customers’ business issues and create solutions based on the issues.
   Work in a team-oriented.
   Research into systems issues and products as required and necessary.

IT Skills
- Office Suite Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Programing (C, Java, R, Python etc.) or Network (Router, Server, Security, Could etc.)

Preferred Knowledge / Experience
- Marketing Knowledge and Experience: Creating marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- More than 5 years in IT industry as Sales, Sales Engineer or IT Consultant and discuss with customers directly to find their need and issues.
