We’re looking for a strategic, tech-savvy CFO to lead Keboola’s next stage of growth. This role goes beyond traditional finance - it’s about driving transformation through data, automation, and AI. You’ll build scalable systems, guide strategy through advanced analytics, and lead a distributed Finance & Operations team across multiple time zones.
As part of the leadership team, you’ll partner with the CEO and other executives to align business goals with digital innovation - shaping not just how Keboola grows, but how we operate in the age of AI.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale the Finance & Operations team across Europe and North America.
- Own financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning - leveraging AI and automation for precision and agility.
- Champion digital transformation in finance, driving adoption of data tools and AI for decision-making, reporting, and efficiency.
- Use AI-driven insights for advanced forecasting, scenario planning, and risk management.
- Partner cross-functionally to bring financial perspective into sales strategy, infrastructure spend, and product investment.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and external partners.
- Oversee compliance, ESOP administration, and company (financial) processes.
- Fundraising and cash runway management, ensuring data-informed capital strategy.
- Establish scalable financial systems that integrate automation, real-time analytics, and predictive intelligence.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in finance or accounting, including leadership experience.
- Background in management consulting, M&A, or investment banking - able to see the big picture, connect strategy to execution, and communicate across functions.
- Proven experience in high-growth or startup environments (SaaS experience preferred).Passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation - with a track record of implementing data-driven tools or processes.
- Expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, fundraising, and investor relations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills in a global, remote-first environment.
- Fluent in English (Czech a plus).
Logistics
- Base: Prague (travel 10% to US/Canada offices and key business meetings)
- Reports to: CEO (Pavel Doležal)
- Team: 5 people (Finance, Accounting and AI agents)
