About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will own the customer experience and revenue impact end-to-end. This isn’t a coordinator role - you are the mini-CEO of your focus area, accountable for both vision and execution.
Your mission: build an exceptional product experience that drives growth. You’ll harness data and AI to understand users deeply, design seamless journeys, and relentlessly optimize for engagement, conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the journey: Turn data, insights, and feedback into features that directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Drive conversion and revenue: Optimize funnels and experiences across different user tiers, with measurable impact on KPIs.
- Leverage AI as a force multiplier: Prototype quickly, automate intelligently, and enrich features with personalization and predictive insights.
- Operate with founder mindset: Take full accountability for outcomes, not just activities.
- Balance ambition with execution: Work closely with technical PMs and engineering to ship bold, feasible solutions at speed.
Requirements
- Strong ownership - you think and act like a mini-CEO, with full accountability for results.
- Proven experience in product management, with emphasis on customer experience and data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with e-commerce concepts and a record of driving engagement and conversion improvements.
- Experience with AI-driven prototyping, automation, or personalization in customer-facing products.
- Ability to segment and tailor user experiences across customer tiers.
- Strong analytical skills — turning data into decisive product actions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — aligning cross-functional teams and advocating for customer-first solutions.
