A HR Operations Specialist plays an important role in managing various aspects of an organization's human resources functions. The purpose of this role is supporting the organization's talent management strategies and ensuring that employees are effectively supported throughout their employment lifecycle. Tasks include a wide range of responsibilities related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, payroll and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

What you’ll do:

    • Coordinate the global onboarding process for new hires
    • Organisation of New Hire Orientations
    • Onboarding check in meetings
    • Contract Management:Issuing Job offers, Contracts, Amendments and Renewals, TerminationsTracking contract lifecycles
    • Benefits Administration:Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension, and other perks
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate with benefits providers
    • HR Administration:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information
    • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

The skills and experience you need to have:

    • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations role, with focus on administration, contracts preparation, onboarding, payroll support
    • BA Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
    • Understanding of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws 
    • Fluent Czech/Slovak and English
    • Team player with focus on detail, ability to learn and adapt in a fast pace environment
