Our platform delivers 10x results for customers - now we need someone to drive the same impact through our people, culture, and AI-powered future of work.
This isn’t traditional HR. Think operator, builder, culture architect. You’ll design people systems from scratch, pioneer AI-driven operations, and scale our startup soul across Prague, Chicago, Vancouver, and beyond.

We’ve got no bureaucracy, no outdated playbook. Instead, you’ll build for scale while keeping our “get it done / no BS” DNA intact.
What you’ll do
- Architect culture → Turn our values into scalable ways of working, design vertical teams, keep startup vibe alive as we scale.
- AI-first People Ops → Use AI + our own platform for hiring, analytics, onboarding, performance, and automation.
- Global talent strategy → Build a hiring machine, craft comp & benefits, manage multi-country growth without red tape.
- Business impact → Tie people metrics directly to product velocity, revenue per employee, and customer success.
- Organizational transformation → Lead the shift to vertical teams, design AI-driven leadership programs, and create a world-class experience for distributed teams.
Who you are
- Operator before HR label - you think in P&L, not just policies.
- Tech-savvy - AI is your co-pilot, not your fear.
- Builder of high-performance cultures in fast-scaling, global SaaS companies.
- Fluent in people analytics and curious about SQL/Python.
- Comfortable balancing “anti-bureaucracy” with just enough structure.
- You’ve likely scaled from ~100 → 500+ people and across multiple regions.
What success looks like
- Year 1: Hiring speed doubles, eNPS jumps to top quartile, AI saves 30% of ops time.
- Year 2: Revenue per employee up 40%, voluntary attrition of top talent <5%.
- Year 3: Keboola is a global talent magnet and our culture is studied as a competitive edge
Logistics
- Base: Prague (travel 20–30%), first months need to be onsite to get the culture.
- Reports to: CEO (Pavel Doležal)
- Team: 3 people + unlimited AI agents
