We are seeking a high-performing Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our expansion efforts in the Benelux region. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a scaling startup within the SaaS industry and possess a strong track record of driving revenue growth. As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for maximising our sales team's potential, crafting strategic sales plans, and reporting outcomes to the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

    • Achieve growth goals and sales targets by effectively managing the sales team, driving revenue growth in a remote-mainly environment.
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan to scale Keboola’s customer base, with a focus on expanding into the Benelux Region.
    • Own objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and selling on value.
    • Present sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the leadership team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success throughout the entire journey.
    • Identify emerging markets, stay abreast of market changes, new products, and competitors.

What we look for and what are the skills you need to have:

    • Fluent in English with excellent communication and influencing skills.
    • Proven experience as a sales manager or team lead, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Strong customer experience in the Benelux with the ability to map regions and industries.
    • Wider territory experience is a plus.
    • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Strong business acumen with expertise in the SaaS industry, preferably in data, cloud, or data operations.

A little bit more about the opportunity:

    • Autonomy within the position, focused on outcomes rather than micromanagement.
    • Opportunity to work with renowned brands locally and worldwide.
    • Exposure to industry-leading data technologies.
    • Flexibility to create a job that fits your life, promoting work-life balance and fulfillment.
    • Embrace diversity and uniqueness, recognising that the best people are driven by their inner engine.
