As the Senior Manager, AI & Automation, Marketing, you'll be responsible for the strategic roadmap and productization of the AI and automation solutions we build in Marketing. You'll also be responsible for steering and influencing technical solutions for field activities such as workshops and technical demos. This role requires a deep understanding of AI and automation technologies, as well as a strong understanding of the marketing landscape. You’ll need to be able to coordinate projects, work with technical stakeholders, and deliver against the marketing plan, while leading a small team that is responsible for implementing the solutions in Keboola and alongside technology and consulting partners.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing the strategic roadmap for AI and automation in Marketing
- Identifying and developing AI and automation-based marketing use cases
- Working with technical stakeholders to design and implement AI and automation solutions
- Steering and influencing technical solutions for field activities such as workshops and technical demos
- Coordinating projects and delivering against the marketing plan
- Working with cross-functional teams and Keboola partners to identify and develop AI and automation-based marketing use cases
You should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in AI and automation
- Strong understanding of the marketing landscape
- Experience in developing and executing strategic roadmaps
- Experience in working with technical stakeholders
- Experience in coordinating projects and delivering against deadlines
- Possess good judgment with consultative, problem solving, and escalation resolution skills.
You should also have the following skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
The technical skills that we are looking for
- Experience in automation - including Zapier and/or Make
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience of using Snowflake and Google Cloud (Big Query and Gemini in particular)Experience working with Keboola is an advantage, not a requirement
- Strong analytical skills, including Google Analytics, Looker, and Power BI
- Knowledge of Python is highly preferred, and R experience is nice to have.
- Daily working experience with Salesforce, Google products, Slack, Salesforce, etc.
