Job Description:

We are hiring a Contract Technical Sourcer to help recruiting efforts in hiring top talent for our Engineering and Product teams at Keepsafe. We’re passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish and seek a dynamic sourcer who will posses motivation, excitement and willingness to think outside of the box to attract and find and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

-Find and engage great talent
-Sell and communicate Keepsafe vision to get candidates interested to work for Keepsafe
-Identify new channels for good candidates
-Work with recruiting to fine tune candidate search based on interview performance.
-Gain a deep understanding of recruiting operations and the urgent needs of the hiring team

Core Area of Ownership:

-Deliver on sourcing quality leads for iOS and Android core & application developers, Senior Backend -engineers and non-engineering roles
-Communicate directly with hiring managers, coordinators, interview teams and candidates to optimize recruiting process on the basis of constructive feedback
-Encourage thoughtful approaches to sourcing new candidates

Skills & Requirements:

-Experience sourcing qualified leads and other candidates for hard to fill roles
-Experience working at a small, early stage startup
-Proven history of sourcing engineering or hard to fill engineering/product roles
-Strong organizational skills with experience meeting strict deadlines, in a self-directed environment
-Ability to work as an entrepreneurial self-starter
-Ability to present creative and well researched ideas for new techniques and sourcing
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Experience with Lever, Greenhouse and other ATS
-Understanding of Bay Area recruiting market
-Minimum of 2+ Years of successful recruiting and / or sourcing experience - contract or in-house

Our Recruitment Process:

Our interview process consists of several stages, each one allowing us get to know you better, professionally and technically. It is also an opportunity for you to gain a better understanding of our culture and the work we do. We move quickly and go from initial screen to an on-site within a week or less pending availability. If all goes well, we will have an offer by the end of the full day on-site.
