As a Group Product Manager at KeepTruckin, you will partner closely with other product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to make our vision of connecting the world’s trucks a reality. In this role, we’ll be relying on you to drive KeepTruckin’s growth strategy and create engaging experiences to grow and retain customer base. In return, you’ll receive visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the transportation industry. Responsibilities

    • Build a deep understanding of the buyer journey and improve the purchase experience to support new product and optimize sales funnel
    • Be obsessed about customer retention and develop features to improve engagement and onboarding
    • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations to execute to transform user requirements into actionable product specifications
    • Partner with engineering and operations to deliver a high-quality customer experience
    • Actively contribute to an amazing work culture

Qualifications

    • 10-15 years experience in product management
    • High customer empathy, with a desire to get in the shoes of our customers
    • Deep understanding of growth metrics including funnel and retention analysis
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different personality types and seniority levels
    • Have enough technical knowledge to enough to gain the respect of software engineers
    • Experience working within a high-growth technology environments
    • Experience with pricing and packaging complex product offerings is a plus
