    • Utilize a consultative approach to recruiting for both the Candidate and the Hiring Manager
    • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for multiple positions
    • Partner with the Recruiting Manager and the Hiring Manager to determine current needs, and understand what an “ideal candidate” looks like, so the Recruiter can provide the Hiring Manager with the most qualified candidates for consideration
    • Develop and implement recruiting strategies for all current and future roles
    • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to pipeline a diverse group of qualified active, passive and referred candidates
    • Partner with the Sourcing team on hard-to-fill and immediate job openings, to ensure a proper flow of qualified candidates
    • Interview applicants and candidates, and provide recommended next steps to Hiring Managers
    • Provide an exceptional Candidate Experience by providing consistent communication throughout the hiring process
    • Stay up to date on the latest recruiting strategies and sourcing techniques; including not limited to: Candidate Selection, Candidate Qualification, Negotiation techniques and providing an exceptional Candidate Experience
    • Provide suggestions to Management on Process Improvements
    • Other duties as needed

    • Two or more years of full-cycle national recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; preferred candidates will have experience recruiting in the real estate or financial services industry
    • Documented success sourcing, interviewing and qualifying a diverse range of candidates
    • Proven experience developing robust Candidate pipelines
    • Documented success partnering and providing a consultative approach with Hiring Managers to hire the best candidates
    • Experience working with, and providing clear candidate specifications to a Sourcing team is preferred
    • Documented experience working with an ATS
    • Experience utilizing Social Media, Boolean Searches and Chrome extensions to identify candidates
    • Impeccable time management and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
    • Highly proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook; preferred candidates will have experience utilizing Chrome extensions
    • Bachelor’s degree
