· Handling and intelligently analyzing different types of data and data evaluation metrics.
· Must be a good problem solver.
· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

· Assist with other accounting projects
· Processing payables, billables, and AP (processing WIP)
· Approver for rate change requests + requesting verification from recruiting/sales team
· Approver for new placements rate cards + requesting verification from recruiting/sales team
· Creating client system templates for VMS exchange implementation
· Client system to Bullhorn automation routine supervision for timesheets
· Creating multiple reports to send out in relation to timesheets on a weekly basis
· Running/creating reports for weekly updates of sales sheet
· Working alongside operations team in weekly meetings for troubleshooting system issues

Requirement

    •  BS/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field
    • 5+ years of experience in accounting in a high-volume organization is required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel). At a minimum, strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.
    • Familiarity with relevant ERP application software. Microsoft Dynamix D365 and Bull Horn is a plus.
    • Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required
