We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in international recruitment for the telecom and IT sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast-paced agency environments, sourcing top-tier technical talent across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across telecom and IT domains, including RF engineers, software developers, cloud architects, and network specialists.
Source, screen, and engage candidates from international markets using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across regions.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on international hiring.
Prior experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is mandatory.
Proven success in recruiting for telecom and/or IT roles.
Strong understanding of global hiring practices, visa processes, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
