• Ensure that subcontractor/supplier is in compliance with required insurance coverages.
• Respond to general contract information requests with the accurate information.
• Review incoming client/partnership/vendor contracts/documents, prepare redlines and in collaboration with relevant internal teams to complete contract negotiation and final document 
execution with client/partner/vendor, and escalate any issues/concerns to the Senior Contracts Specialist.
• Assist Senior Contracts Specialist with all corporate insurance related items such as overseeing the renewal process, outgoing COIs and claims.
• Manage and maintain all legal records, contracts, onboarding documents and ensure the proper documentation storage of these items as directed by direct manager.
• Assist with maintenance of company information in client and government specific databases (Avetta, etc.).
• Gather documents required for various client compliance audits.

Job Requirements

    •  Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
    • 2- 4 years’ experience in contracts, or related field, and at least 1 year as a Contracts Assistant.
    • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Strong collaborative skills to ensure smooth working relationships with team members across various departments and levels.
    • Works well under pressure with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
    • Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to attend to and verify the accuracy and completeness of detailed information in documents.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
