What will be your responsibilities?
- Implement ad campaigns across multiple channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, etc
- Manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide insights to improve marketing performance
- Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives
- Continuously refine landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize lead generation and customer engagement.
- Conduct A/B tests to increase conversion rates and improve user journeys
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
What do we need from you?
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with working experience in the US market
- Expertise in paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and budget management
- Experience in single-handedly managing a budget of $20k — $50k monthly
- Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing tools.
