What will be your responsibilities?

    • Implement ad campaigns across multiple channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, etc
    • Manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Provide insights to improve marketing performance
    • Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives
    • Continuously refine landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize lead generation and customer engagement.
    • Conduct A/B tests to increase conversion rates and improve user journeys
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

What do we need from you?

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with working experience in the US market
    • Expertise in paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and budget management
    • Experience in single-handedly managing a budget of $20k — $50k monthly
    • Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and methodologies
    • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing tools.
