The Role

You’ve sold to small business owners before, and you get it: decisions are personal, speed matters, and trust is everything. You know how to connect quickly, create urgency, and close with confidence. You don’t wait for leads—you generate your own momentum, both in the field and online.
    • At Kenko, you’ll run your territory like it’s your own business—building a local flywheel of customers, referrals, and strategic partners. You’ll be expected to master our product, lead with sharp discovery, deliver high-impact demos, and drive every opportunity with discipline and rigor. What You Will Do

    • Be obsessed with exceeding quota, execution, accountability, and operational excellence.
    • Sell through a hybrid motion. Own your market by selling both in-person (studio visits, local events) and virtually (Zoom, phone, email). Source leads, run sharp discovery, deliver high-impact demos, and close deals fast.
    • Build local momentum. Cultivate strong relationships with Kenko customers. Stay close to account health, collaborate with Success and Support, and turn happy clients into referral engines.
    • Partner for seamless onboarding. Work closely with implementation teams to ensure every new customer is set up for success—on time and with impact.
    • Fill the top of the funnel—every week.
    • Drop into 5-10 businesses in your metro weekly.
    • Run targeted outreach campaigns across email, phone, and social channels.
    • Build a referral network with customers, community leaders, and strategic partners.
    • Master the pitch and the product. Become a pro at demoing and onboarding Kenko’s AI-powered CRM—both on-site and online.
    • Know your buyer inside out. Understand the daily realities, pain points, and growth goals of fitness and wellness business owners—yoga, Pilates, cryotherapy, massage, gyms, and more.
    • Crush your number. Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. We track performance and reward results.
    • Run your territory like a business. Use Salesforce to manage your pipeline, log every touchpoint, and report accurately—no surprises.

What You Need to Succeed

    • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally with hybrid (in-person + virtual) selling exposure.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets—you know how to close and win consistently.
    • Hunter mentality. You’re experienced in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and building your own pipeline.
    • Customer-centric mindset. You lead with value, listen actively, and obsess over helping business owners succeed.
    • Coachable and curious. You actively seek feedback and are always sharpening your skills.
    • Disciplined and reliable. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and follow through every time.
    • Agile and tech-savvy. You pivot quickly, adopt new AI tools with ease, and thrive in change.
    • Genuine passion for fitness and wellness. You care deeply about helping local business owners succeed.
    • Fluent with modern sales tools:  HubSpot, Zoom, Fireflies, PhoneBurner, ChatGPT, Lavender, Regie.ai, or similar.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
