Kenko is an AI-powered CRM for fitness & wellness business. Fitness businesses that we serve include yoga studios, pilates centers, gyms, crossfit, and more. Meanwhile the wellness business we serve include spas, saunas, massage and modern wellness like — cryotherapy, red-light therapy, chiropractors, and physical therapy. Our mission is to power 100,000 fitness & wellness businesses in the US. Helping them thrive in their local markets.
We deliver an integrated solution that brings together four core product categories:
Marketing which automates customer communications and campaigns
Operations which handles scheduling, billing, and reporting
Member Experience which offers websites, mobile apps, and self-service check-in systems
AI Assistants which provide automated customer support and sales inquiry management
Scope of Work
- Sell to fitness & wellness SMBs — commercial/high-velocity sales
- Build & scale a territory-based BDR team to 50 reps in the next 18 months
- Hire & coach BDRs to generate demand in their territories with cold-calling & walk-ins
- Hire 5-10 AEs this year
- Build data-driven scalable revenue operations to support the BDRs & AEs
- Plan & build sales-enablement content with product marketing to support high conversion rates
- Start upmarket motion to get POCs with mid-market & enterprise brands
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years of proven B2B or SaaS sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Experience in building a distributed field sales team — should have personally hired 5+ reps
- Experience of working with early/growth stage startups (seed to series B)
- Strong sense of ownership with an obsession to win
- Passion for health & fitness can help
$275,000 - $325,000 a year
