Are you an experienced product manager with a deep interest in building amazing and unique software in order to accelerate growth for a market-leading enterprise SaaS company? Do you dream about building a platform that operates at scale for hundreds of cutting edge companies operating digital SaaS services, bringing machine learning to network operators?  Kentik, a San Francisco-based network analytics leader, is seeking a high-energy, dynamic Senior Product Manager to complement our team as we build new product lines and capabilities. We’re looking for a subject matter expert to drive innovation that will keep us at the top leading the cloud journey for Enterprises and supporting innovators in SaaS services, and carriers. Our ideal candidate is both an extraordinary hands-on product person and someone who can think outside the box. You will manage key products and aspects of our portfolio to deliver the product strategy and execution that drives Kentik’s growth and acceleration into new markets.


    • Deliver products and services that delight customers, in alignment with Kentik’s vision and goals
    • Lead competitive analysis, market research, and new market and product identification in concert with the Product Marketing team
    • Enable the Sales and Customer Success teams with training and time in field learning with customers
    • Work closely with Engineering to plan and build the Kentik platforms and products
    • Own and drive one or more Kentik products forward and set the direction aligned with company strategy
    • Qualify, define, build, and evolve product requirements to satisfy our current user base and expand to new markets
    • Roadmap and orchestrate the development of these new features, support their timely delivery and lifecycle across short/mid/long term vision and delivery
    • Devise and support new ways to visualize and analyze Network Performance, and be a champion for our users with the UX and UI of Kentik’s User Portal
    • Research, maintain, and update research and internal knowledge updated on competitors and partners

    • Proven track record in product management
    • Experience with B2B enterprise SaaS
    • Experience driving great user experiences that solve critical customer problems
    • Strong foundation in networking, system, and distributed systems technologies
    • Strongly preferred: Product experience in networking, security, monitoring, and/or analytics, particularly around cloud infrastructure and cloud-native network stacks and approaches (policy, automation)
