The Most Fun Team in Real Estate needs a Videographer!

Keri Shull Team is the #1 Real Estate Team in DC/MD/VA, and we are searching for a full time Videographer/Editor! This position is an integral part of the video team and the marketing department’s overall goals. This person must have at least 5 years experience in the video production industry, must be proficient using video equipment, and editing in the Adobe suite. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines, and able to keep multiple projects organized. The position reports to the Video Manager and collaboratively works with our in-house marketing agency.

This person will be responsible for guiding video projects from concept to completion. This includes meeting with an agent to define the overall project scope, prepping for video shoots, working with team/agents on location to shoot content, and editing/revising the project until it’s finished and delivered. You will be expected to have a great eye for detail throughout the entire production process.

Required experience:
5 Years Video Production Storytelling and Storyboarding 
Knowledge of Cameras and Lenses Audio Production Lighting and Set Setting Adobe Creative Suite
Building and Modifying Motion Graphics
Audio Editing/Mixing

Regular happy hours, parties, trips, and other social events. Expect to travel for shoots several times per year.
