The Keri Shull Team in Arlington is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Data Analyst who will work directly with our in-house Marketing creative agency, Database Manager, and Leadership team. We are looking for someone who will research and identify ways to build our brand, acquire new customers, and present key findings to the Leadership team to help make strategic decisions. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing. The role is a full time, 9-5, in-house position.  

Responsibilities:

-Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
-Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
-Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
-Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
-Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
-Recommend website and campaign optimizations
-Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
-Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
-Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
-Conduct keyword research to guide content teams

 Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing,  Data Analytics, IT, MIS; OR have proven relevant work experience 1 - 3 years of previous experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
-Expert in Google Analytics and working knowledge of Google Data Studio
-In-depth knowledge of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
-Good presentation and written skills
-Familiarity with Monday.com is an added plus
-Proven technical skills to create and use of tools to audit/monitor
-Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
-Knowledge of HTML/CSS
-Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEM Rush, SEO Moz, BrightEdge) and web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, WebTrends)
-Team player, outgoing, able to both give and receive constructive criticism
-Lifelong learner, dedicated to learning new skills
