The ideal candidate is someone who understands business financials and can help with projections and concept of strategic scaling. Multitasking is key to our success so if you can juggle 6 balls on a unicycle while leading your team to meeting goals and outperform their peers by having superior efficiency and time management skills, this could be the right role for you.  

Managing and Empowering the Sales Talent: 
-Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards for sales agents and hold them accountable for executing on their goals. 
-Coach individual sales agents one-on-one through challenges they encounter. 
-Develop a scalable sales process and ensure agents adhere to them.
-Plan weekly sales team training and meetings and advanced skill training sessions with talent from outside the organization. 
-Recruit, select, onboard, and train new sales agents.
-Unite the team: Ensure agents work as a positive unit and share their best practices.
-Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values, prioritize ruthlessly, use good communication, and deliver results effectively.
-Work with leadership on the execution of short term and long term goals that will position the team in being the number 1 real estate team in the world.

Managing customer needs
-Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and upgrade any process gaps to better serve them. 
-Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for all sales.
-Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
-Track sales team metrics and share them with company leadership.
-Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
-Collaborate with marketing executives to develop lead generation plans.
-Prepare budgets and approve expenditures.
-Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
-Identify and create content to explode our social presence and growth
