 The Keri Shull Team is looking for a motivated Growth Strategist/Executive Assistant to support the #1 real estate team in the DMV.

 The ideal candidate is someone who can wear many hats, is a team player, and has extreme attention to detail. You must be able to thrive in fast-paced multitasking settings. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to learn and understand how The Keri Shull Team functions. Being able to balance solving all office problems while ensuring the CEO's needs are met is essential to this role.

 This position will report directly to and assist Leadership. This is a full-time, in-house position. You will need to be in our Rosslyn office from Monday to Friday.

•Arrive at the office prior to the start of business for start-of-day setup and assist with clean up at the end of the day.
•Assist with growth strategy concepts for our team
•Plan all events for The Keri Shull Team by creating the vision for the event, finding/booking venues, liaising with clients and suppliers, handling logistics, managing budgets and invoicing, and assisting in set up/clean up.
•Coordinating all team zoom meetings and taking attendance during these meetings. 
•Accommodate all clients and visitors as they arrive at the office and notify the appropriate team member of their arrival.
•Creating an office budget and ensuring all employees follow it.
•Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationary, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.
•Receive all incoming calls to the office main line with speed and professionalism.
•Assist with closings by scheduling conference room meetings and organizing gifts.
•Work alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure Keri’s vision is met by completing marketing tasks as needed.
•Act as Keri’s personal assistant by running errands as necessary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.

•Previous experience working as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant in a fast paced environment.
•A professional, courteous attitude
•Excellent time-management skills
•Proficiency with word processing and Google Suite and Zoom
•Interest in the Real Estate industry
