Purpose of the Role
The Product Owner manages the team backlog and works closely with the Agile development team to deliver customer-focused solutions. This role ensures alignment with program-level priorities and the Product Manager’s strategic vision.
 
Responsibilities
Sitting within the Acquire Domain, the Product Owner will be responsible for managing the development of the roadmap for the NetDirector V10 CMS product and Enquiry Manager that form part of the Auto-e solution, a key part of the Fusion product suite. and other supporting products. This industry leading system is used across multiple markets globally and is the primary consumer-facing website platform for the Keyloop customer base. The person will:
·       Own and prioritise the development team backlog to ensure high-value delivery
·       Write, refine, and prioritise epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
·       Collaborate with the development team during Iteration Planning, stand-ups, and reviews to clarify requirements and address questions.
·       Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring deliverables meet their needs and expectations
·       Accept completed user stories, ensuring they meet the Definition of Done
·       Collaborate with the Product Manager to align team backlog with program-level goals
·       Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, providing feedback for improvement
·       Translate product strategy into actionable concepts and detailed requirements, scoping activities based on customer demand and business needs
·       Leverage product expertise to communicate effectively across stakeholders
·       Forge close relationships with engineering team responsible for the delivery of the product that this role supports
 
Skills, know-how and experience
Must Have:
·       Solid understanding of Agile principles and the Product Owner role within Scaled Agile
·       Proven ability to write clear and concise epics and user stories
·       Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
·       Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
·       Familiarity with product planning processes and customer-centric development approaches
 
Preferred:
·       Experience in a Scaled Agile environment (e.g., Scrum@Scale, SAFe)
·       Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
·       Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM)
-          Previous experience with delivery of content management solutions to clients
