About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Delivery Operations Executive to take ownership of critical operational activities that support the success of our Professional Services function. This is not a traditional assistant role — you will be responsible for driving execution, tracking performance, improving processes, and ensuring alignment across strategic initiatives.
In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to ensure that priorities are delivered, insights are shared, and decisions are well-supported with data. You’ll own and lead reporting, planning cadences, and operational improvements that accelerate how our teams execute.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic delivery by managing key initiatives, tracking progress, and coordinating cross-functional execution.
- Lead the preparation of executive presentations, business review materials, and performance reporting.
- Own key planning cadences, including leadership meetings, milestone tracking, and KPI reviews.
- Improve and maintain operational processes across Professional Services to support speed, accuracy, and decision-making.
- Partner with internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales) to ensure data alignment and transparency.
- Manage selected initiatives or projects on behalf of the Executive, ensuring timely outcomes and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a business operations, Chief of Staff, or delivery management role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to distil complex information for executive audiences.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with a talent for storytelling through data.
- Deep understanding of operational processes, governance, and performance metrics.
- Highly proactive, organised, and able to work independently to solve problems.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing across functions.
- Experience in Professional Services, SaaS, or consulting preferred.
- Automotive experience is a bonus, but not required.
