As a Product Value Analyst, you will be a strategic advisor, driving product value and adoption. 

You will effectively communicate product capabilities and outcomes to diverse audiences, strategically positioning our products and overcoming customer adoption barriers. Through cross-functional collaboration, you will track and analyse product performance across various geographies, identifying root causes of in-market variations and supporting local teams in optimising performance.

Responsibilities

    • Product Value Document Creation: Develop and maintain documents outlining the value of product outcomes and capabilities.
    • Value Differentiation: Create differentiated positioning based on the specific value for various geographies, customer segments, and buyer personas.
    • Quantitative Analysis: Consolidate time and motion studies to compare results across different segments and quantify product value.
    • Qualitative Feedback: Consolidate qualitative product feedback relating to sales motions and product usage from internal and external stakeholders.
    • Product Roadmap Alignment: Understand product developments and articulate the value of developments for different target audiences.
    • GTM Asset Development: Develop Go-to-market assets and sales tools to educate and support teams at every sale stage in alignment with Keyloop's sales methodologies.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track product availability, revenue performance, and key milestones to identify challenges and ensure goal alignment.

Skills, know-how and experience

    • Must Have:
    • Product Marketing or Related Field Experience: Proven track record in product marketing or a closely related field.
    • Product Lifecycle Experience: Experience with product launches, growth and expansion strategies.
    • Customer-Centric Sales Enablement: Experience in creating product-related content to support sales teams and deliver value to customers.
    • Value Articulation: Demonstrated ability in translating product features and functionality into valuable outcomes corresponding to customer needs and business drivers.
    • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Ability to collect, analyse, interpret data, evaluate information, solve problems, and draw informed conclusions.
    • Effective Time Management: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

    • Preferred:
    • Software Business Drivers: Knowledge of the key business drivers relevant to software and technology companies.
    • Industry Experience: Understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the automotive or supply chain industries.
    • Matrix Organisations: Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions, spanning diverse geographies.
    • Technology and Product Expertise: Experience working with both legacy and new technology, while managing complex product lines or portfolios.
