Keyway is a Series A stage PropTech company. Our Head of Marketing will be responsible for managing and executing all things related to branding, content marketing, PR and communication, demand-side and supply side marketing engagement. This position will be a cross functional role, collaborating with teams such as Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Technology/Product and Talent. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of market positioning, marketing communications, demand creation, and building pipeline opportunities, preferably in the financial technology space.


Scope of Responsibilities

    • Own the holistic brand positioning and strategy, by working closely with cross functional teams to understand their needs by segment, and providing strategic recommendations
    • Plan, strategize, develop and launch marketing programs related to: content marketing, branding and demand-side and supply-side marketing
    • Develop and track marketing KPIs related to lead generation and funnel rates to track successPlan, budget and execute full lifecycle marketing for conferences and other company events
    • Hands on execution of key marketing tasks including events, awards, thought leadership, PR/press communications, etc.
    • Monitoring industry trends and briefing the team on new informationSupport sales and business development efforts with collateral materials, content, retargeting strategies and email marketing.Develop and execute PR strategy

About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA preferred
    • 8+ years of progressive experience (ideally a mix of agency/in-house). Experience within building marketing programs within B2B is a must. Fintech, Proptech, Real Estate and/or Medical is a plus.
    • Branding experience is preferred, as well as experience launching successful content strategies
    • At least 2 years of leading teams preferred
    • Knowledgeable and practical experience with SEO, marketing tools and related software
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively balance priorities and deliver results in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Salary: $120k-$180k
