About the role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a significant role in driving the growth of Keyway's business. Your primary objectives will be to bring business to the table and close deals as you shepherd them through the acquisitions process. Further, you will have independence to grow your assigned business region as you see fit. You'll also work on strategic initiatives that directly impact the direction of the entire business nationwide.

In this role, you will source relationships with doctors, dentists, veterinarians, and others in order to originate NNN leases in the medical office building space. You will employ a combination of cold calling to build from-scratch relationships while also leveraging your existing relationships in the medical sector. Other key responsibilities include participating in business development activities, conferences, and more.

About you

    • 3+ years of experience within sales and business development, preferably in commercial real estate or the medical space
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, track record of building trusted relationships with a variety of contacts and executive stakeholders
    • Ability to simplify complex ideas into presentable messages
Salary: $1ook-$140k
