We'll need you to:
- Your main role would be to resolve customer related partner issues to ensure that an ideal solution is achieved when addressing these concerns.
- To keep a close eye on how we can improve the quality of our partners based on customers feedback.
- Create a positive experience for partners by providing quality, value-added services and solutions in a timely manner.
- Efficient and Fast.
- Able to communicate well and professionally in both English and Mandarin.
- Attentive to details.
- Able to multi task and follow up on a large number of tickets.
