Our team in Singapore is growing! We're looking for someone who specializes in Merchandising and Revenue Planning to join us!

Responsibilities

    • Planning perfect pipeline of best mix of deals to be featured within a month, based on seasonality and past data
    • Scheduling deal features on time, and ensuring good mix of deals on website
    • Maintaining comprehensive library of deal books with best deal structures of all categories within the vertical/city
    • Work closely with Sales Managers to decide how to maximize deal features
    • Working across the teams to ensure deals are scheduled and ended on time
    • Reviewing deals pre-feature, to ensure that all best-selling points are clearly and accurately displayed, to maximize customer interest and sales
    • Planning how deals will appear on the website, in terms of deal positioning and appearance, so as to optimize sales
    • Forecasting sales
    • Analyzing top and worst deals, and ensuring that top deal structures/products are constantly replicated, and worst deal structures/products are avoided
    • Planning and executing themed campaigns based on seasonality and to generate traffic and maintain interest on the website
    • Keeping up to date on the latest market trends related to the vertical/city, and pushing for them to be signed and featured as soon as possible on the site
    • Ensuring and maintaining good site experience for consumers, and constantly improving through innovation and creativity
    • Planning mailer subject title and positioning of deals within the newsletter
    • Lead sourcing and qualification

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Communications or a related field
    • Min. 1-3 year of working experience in the e-commerce industry, internet or consumer industry is preferred 
    • Strong in analysis and able to make sound marketing decisions based on data
    • Positive working attitude, flexible, strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Able to perform under pressure & work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
    • Strong Excel skills, and comfortable with numbers 
    • Able to work well in a team
