Our team in Indonesia is growing! We're looking for Customer Happiness Executive to join us!


    • Communicate clearly and efficiently with our customers and team members via chat and  email.
    • Be accountable. You are the voice of our customers. Hence, you should proactively seek for actions and solutions until every concern of the customers is addressed.
    • Be an expert of Fave from the point-of-view of customers to the back-end production. There is always something new being developed, so this is an ongoing challenge.
    • Influence the direction of Fave. Talk to customers, put yourself in their shoes, identify and recommend changes/optimization steps to improve everyone's experience.
    • We like someone who is not afraid to share his/ her ideas and believe that any role can carry impact when given hard work and passion. 


    • Willingness to work night shift (1pm to 10pm)
    • A curious mind and swift adapter to changing technology. You should enjoy learning about new products & how things work.
    • Well-versed in internet culture.
    • Problem solver and experienced in troubleshooting (Google should be your best friend!)
    • Ability to change focus while still aiming for the greater goal.
    • Passion (and patience) to talk to customers all day, every day!
    • Excellent communicator. You should be able to interpret any complex content into something understandable by your average user.
    • Candidate must be pro-active, thick-faced, quick to adapt, kind, and sense of humour might help.
    • Being punctual is important
    • Understands the appropriate languages structure to be able communicate better with customers
    • Able to read and write English and Bahasa Indonesia
