Kiddom is taking schools into the future of personalized, digital teaching and learning to ensure equitable experiences for all students. We deliver high quality digital curriculum into classrooms, enable workflows that help educators incorporate curriculum into their instruction, and take student engagement to the next level with interactive assessments. 

To tackle this challenge, we are seeking an experienced iOS Engineer: someone who will be a strong individual contributor and shape the future of iOS at Kiddom. We are building in Swift, and assume candidates will have a solid experience with the language in a production app.

You will...

    • Help lay the foundation and shape the future of iOS at Kiddom
    • Take ownership and deliver new product features
    • Improve our workflow, build automation, and establish architecture
    • Collaborate with designers and engineers alike to create delightful user experiences
    • Drive our development cadence and deliver new features to our users every 2 weeks

What we look for

    • You are passionate about having an impact on education
    • You have built and shipped iOS apps to a large user base
    • You are passionate about Swift and love to explore new paradigms
    • You have in depth knowledge of iOS and enjoy pushing UIKit to its limits
    • 5+ years as a full time iOS engineer
    • You thrive on solving tricky problems elegantly; debugging and refactoring feed your soul!
    • Strong discipline of writing well-architected, tested, and maintainable code
    • Given a problem, you can work independently, and then communicate the solutions effectively with the team
