This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all stages of the pilot process—from kickoff through to evaluation—ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for educators and decision-makers.

In this role, you’ll own the entire pilot lifecycle, from kickoff and onboarding to tracking usage, ensuring success, and driving conversion to long-term partnerships. You’ll be the bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Professional Learning—ensuring every pilot site feels supported, sees clear results, and is excited to continue with Kiddom for years to come.

You will...

    • Own and manage the end-to-end execution of Kiddom’s K–12 sales pilots in California, ensuring high-quality implementation and impact
    • Partner closely with Sales to align pilot goals with broader revenue objectives
    • Lead pilot kickoff meetings, onboard key stakeholders, and ensure readiness for successful implementation
    • Coordinate with all internal departments to support training, troubleshooting, and usage throughout the pilot
    • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to tailor materials and messaging for specific pilot needs
    • Track pilot engagement and performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
    • Present pilot outcomes to school/district leaders, using data and insights to drive conversion
    • Build and continuously improve scalable pilot playbooks and internal processes
    • Travel to pilot sites in California as needed for relationship-building and in-person support during PLC’s and after school.

What we're looking for…

    • Experience in K–12 education, edtech, or selling into schools/districts
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple pilots simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with school and district leadership
    • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple internal teams
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment
    • Based in California or willing to travel frequently within the state
    • Bonus: Experience running pilots, proof-of-concept programs, or pre-sales implementations
